I had a lash lift and gel toes done recently, and I’m so happy with how everything turned out! The lash lift gave my lashes the perfect natural lift – no need for mascara anymore – and my toes look absolutely flawless with the gel finish. I had my eyebrows microbladed for the first time today, and honestly I was nervous. I wasn’t even sure what I wanted, but thankfully, Joy knew exactly what she was doing (because she’s amazing at it!). She was so professional, informative, and calm. I couldn’t help but feel at ease. Honestly, I think Joy could explain quantum physics and make it sound relaxing. If you’re on the fence like I was, just trust her — your brows will be in the best hands, you’ll leave feeling like you wished you’d done it sooner !

I’ve been having my eyebrows done with Claudia for a few years now & she is amazing! I suffer with eczema and cannot have my brows waxed as my skin is too sensitive. Claudia is really understanding and has used her skills to create me my perfect brows despite my skin condition🫶🏼 For that reason, I wouldn’t trust anyone else…the free therapy sessions are a bonus too 🙊💘

Great. Friendly staff, quick and efficient

It was our first visit to Madheads for a haircut for my daughter who is almost 5. She doesn't love going to the hairdressers, she doesn't like the noise of the hairdryers & she's quite shy. Jade was fantastic with her & really put her at ease. Jade was also the first person to highlight to me that my daughter has a car flick & a double crown which explains why I've had so much trouble trying to get a centre parting right on my daughter. Jade gave me some tips to help me style my daughters hair better, & although it was just a trim, Jade has done a great job. Fantastic service, we will be back!

Always a pleasure has been for over a year I have been visited monthly 😊
