My eyebrows are fierce and I love them! I love going to KV, it is a place where you can just chill and forget about the daft things that you get up to in normal life! :) I highly recommend it.

Kirsty was amazing. I went at 36 weeks pregnant and she made me feel really comfortable. It's always painful to get waxed but she was really good and it was no where near as painful as other places I've been. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back.

Claudia is very polite, friendly person. And most important thing about Claudia, she is very professional master of eyebrows and lashes. Her jobs are just AMAZING !!! I’ve been having my eyebrows done with Claudia for a few years now & she is amazing! I suffer with eczema and cannot have my brows waxed as my skin is too sensitive. Claudia is really understanding and has used her skills to create me my perfect brows despite my skin condition🫶🏼 For that reason, I wouldn’t trust anyone else…the free therapy sessions are a bonus too 🙊💘

I had my eyebrows microbladed for the first time today, and honestly I was nervous. I wasn’t even sure what I wanted, but thankfully, Joy knew exactly what she was doing (because she’s amazing at it!). She was so professional, informative, and calm. I couldn’t help but feel at ease. Honestly, I think Joy could explain quantum physics and make it sound relaxing. If you’re on the fence like I was, just trust her — your brows will be in the best hands, you’ll leave feeling like you wished you’d done it sooner !

Previously had my brows micro bladed elsewhere and I was never happy with them. Too thin and the pigment had gone blocky. Joy gave me the thickness I wanted with a perfect shape. She managed to disguise the old pigment and added fine hair strokes. She has a lovely salon and gave me a warm welcome. I would definitely recommend her
