I had a trigger point massage this morning to help with my migraines, and it really made a difference. The massage itself was focused but not too intense, and I could feel the knots easing up. By the time I left, I felt a lot less tension in my head and shoulders, and my head felt clearer. If you get migraines or have a lot of muscle tension, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try. It was super helpful!

Booked in with Jade for my lashes and eyebrows because I had seen her work on instagram and liked how she can do lots of different styles of lashes for your preference.
