Waterlily is a lovely salon with a friendly a welcoming atmosphere. Rachel is a brilliant beautician and my nails look perfect every time. I’d highly recommend Rachel and Waterlily.

Another great visit with Amy again. It’s starting to become like therapy haha we talk about so much. I like to think Amy is becoming a friend as well as a very good nail tech. I love my nails and brows as always, but I have to say that was the best pedicure and foot massage I have ever had! Oh my goodness I felt and still feel so relaxed. I can’t wait for my next one. I have been coming to Rachel for many years now and no matter the day or time Rachel is always a please to come and have a treatment with, she knows how picky I can be with colours or patterns for my nails but she always knows how to accommodate me to make sure I like the finish set. From start to finish my experience at the Snug Room was wonderful! Jayne was warm, welcoming and made me feel relaxed and at ease straight away- with the added personalised touch of my favourite hot drink waiting for me on arrival. I had both my toes and nails done, throughout both treatments Jayne explained each step and gave me advice on how to strengthen and look after my nails. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product, I honestly have never left a salon feeling so pleased with the results…. I especially like the cuticle care given at the start! Can’t wait to return to the Snug Room!
