Very friendly and professional experience. Don't get me wrong waxing is never pain free but every effort was made to make me feel comfortable. Busra takes pride in her work and you can tell that she works with precision to get the best results. I would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Koots Clinic in Torquay for a series of laser hair removal treatment, and I must say, the experience surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Sandra and the team. Their genuine care and attention made me feel immediately at ease. As for the laser hair removal treatment, I am thrilled with the results. It has truly worked wonders, exceeding my hopes and leaving me feeling more confident. The effectiveness of the treatment was remarkable, and I couldn't be happier with my results.

I just had an eyebrow and eyelash tint and the experience was fabulous. I feel really bad because I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did it, but she was fantastic with me (it was my first time). We had a nice conversation and she was very gentle and considerate of any pain when waxing and plucking. She’s definitely worked with people who’ve had eyebrow colouring for the first time, and was very reassuring when they came out a bit darker than expected. I cannot recommend her enough because she was fantastic with me, and I will definitely be coming back at some point!

Helen was very attentive and helpful. I had the best back massage I have ever had, thank you Helen. I went home feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Had my first appointment with Kate for laser hair removal. I was a little nervous but she put me at ease straight away. It was my first visit to koots but I’ll definitely be back…not just for hair removal & I look forward to trying other treatments they offer here! I had my first treatments done today I was so pleased I booked a further treatment for the next day with Helen. Helen is ultra friendly but most of all professional knowledgeable lady nothing was to much trouble she gave me drinks snacks never felt so pampered can't wait to go back tomorrow. Helen will now have a customer for life.

Sandra makes you feel comfortable and relax and explains everything step by step. This is my second treatment with her and she's done a lash lift and tint with amazing results. Will definitely come back!
