As usual, Chris’s experience and guidance is priceless. The reassurance of what you can do, and what not to do, alongside rehab guidance is so valuable to maintaining fitness and speeding up full recovery.

Always a great massage with Jo! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Very knowledgable about the body, aches and pains, pain management techniques and genuinely caring and wanting to help. Pressure is always perfect each time I go and I always get a great nights sleep afterwards. Totally recommend 😀
