I set this appointment for a friend for her birthday and she was delighted. The atmosphere in the Portmore branch was amazing and the aroma was one to remember was how she felt. The experience was good, only recommend that while pedicure is being done disposable spa kits can be used to avoid cross contamination. The kits will include everything just instead of the foot scrub brushes, it will be pumice sponge which will give same results your clients are looking for. So just take that into consideration.

I had a wonderful experience, as always! BodyScape is my home spa—I go nowhere else. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the service is always professional. Today I did a manicure and pedicure with gel on finger nails, and I absolutely love the final look. Everything is neat, clean, and beautiful. I really appreciate the attention to detail—they did a full check of the finished look before I left to make sure it was perfect. Special thanks to Nickesha for the excellent service!

This was my first time visiting Bodyscape for a full-body massage, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From booking on the website—which was quick and easy—to arriving at the spa, everything was seamless. The customer service was excellent, the facility was spotless, and Matthew truly worked his magic during my massage. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I recently had an excellent experience at a spa for a full Brazilian wax, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere was welcoming, calm, and clean, which immediately put me at ease. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and was very efficient in getting me settled and ready for my appointment. The technician who performed the wax was incredibly professional and made sure to explain the process in detail, addressing any concerns I had before starting. Her demeanor was friendly and reassuring, which helped reduce any nervousness.

Matthew was a very good masseur. However I would have preferred the more traditional instrumental spa music, rather than the R&B Jazz that was played. It’s less relaxing.
