I set this appointment for a friend for her birthday and she was delighted. The atmosphere in the Portmore branch was amazing and the aroma was one to remember was how she felt. The experience was good, only recommend that while pedicure is being done disposable spa kits can be used to avoid cross contamination. The kits will include everything just instead of the foot scrub brushes, it will be pumice sponge which will give same results your clients are looking for. So just take that into consideration.

From the moment I entered, the atmosphere was welcoming, calm, and clean, which immediately put me at ease. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and was very efficient in getting me settled and ready for my appointment. The technician who performed the wax was incredibly professional and made sure to explain the process in detail, addressing any concerns I had before starting. Matthew was a very good masseur. However I would have preferred the more traditional instrumental spa music, rather than the R&B Jazz that was played. It’s less relaxing.

The mani/pedi nail experience was good, I didn’t too much and I was satisfied with the results for sure. However, this was only my second time using the spa and both times they happen to be off schedule which affected my plans in the end.
