Alice was extremely good. I think she is the best beautician I have ever met here in London for hair removal. She was very gentle and understood very well my concerns (c-section scar). Thank you Alice, I will certainly come back to see you again :-)

Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

Not only is she incredibly professional and generous with her treatments, but her attentive and nurturing energy also made every visit feel healing. If you are looking for both an effective facial and a wellness experience, Danute will exceed your expectations. Will be coming back every time when I’m in London!

My first time going here and it was great! They didn’t cut corners and gave me a wonderful pedicure, foot massage and even a hot stones foot rub! Also, the massage chair I sat in is the best massage chair I’ve come across in any nail salon. The only downside is their online booking system doesn’t seem to be actively managed, and when I turned up I had to wait 25 mins for the appointment I thought I had but didn’t have.

The best pedicure I’ve ever had. More like an archaeological dig to revive and restore my feet of 20 years ago. I don’t recognize myself… or rather, I do, but thought those feet were lost to hikes, and other abuses over the years…. The barnacles are gone— my feet are no doubt a size smaller. I loved it. Sadly my nail smudged, but that is a lesser detail. The attention to every cuticle and callous was startling. Thank you for such a professional job!

I've been a regular for about 3 years now - it feels like my 2nd home now! My absolute favourite aesthetician is Danute - she's always done an excellent job with my facials. Yadilene also did my facial and pedicure recently and I also fell in love with her! I left feeling the most relaxed I've felt in months! I also really appreciate Yadilene educating me a bit about what I need for my skin. They're all such a lovely bunch, even the receptionist Maricela! Highly recommend Danute & Yadilene at the spa! <3
