Masseuses and other staff were all as wonderful as in the past. However, the new policy of only having two masseuses available should be reconsidered. In the past we enjoyed being able to do a couple's massage and an individual massage at the same start and end times, so that there isn't extensive waiting around. Even if new owners/management save money by not keeping more than two masseuses on permanent staff, they should have a way of keeping masseuses on call as needed.

I enjoyed my treatments immensely. The pressures were good for the massages and the hot stones were the right temperature. The room set up was very relaxing and I felt at peace. She made the whole experience so enjoyable with her warm personality and great conversation—it felt like catching up with an old friend! She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, from the foot soak to the massage, and paid attention to every detail. My feet feel amazing, and I left feeling completely pampered and relaxed.
