After reading the reviews and checking their products, services and facilities out online, I was even more impressed with the amount of care they put in the smallest detail to make you feel welcomed ☺️ With a friendly and professional attitude, I was really comfortable. They did an excellent job and I was extremely happy after the session. Will definitely come back for another self-care day

Loveleen has been providing me waxing service for more than a year. She is caring and kind, she understands her client's needs and make sure that they get the best service possible. Friendly atmosphere, fabulous nail art deaigns from all staff. Salon Will always try to accommodate. Ive been attending this salon and their previous one for years. Even though ive moved out the area to the other side of Birmingham I still make time in my schedule to attend an appointment as finding a good nail technician is priceless. 🖤💅

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I wanted to wait till my 3rd session to leave a realistic review and I would like to say thank you to the amazing and helpful team at SwissLaser. The girls were lovely and followed up on every query I had after every session. My hair is literally non existent other than a small patch on my leg but I’m sure that will go over my next few sessions! Thank you for everything swisslaser! I didn’t think I’d be able to afford laser hair removal but you really did make it make it possible for me. ☺️

Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

Hannah was fab, she explained the procedure and the procedure went well and a lot quicker than I anticipated. I was pleased with the result. I had poly nucleotides injection under my eyes for the dark circles and a combi brow semi permanent make up treatment. I’ll definitely be going back to Hannah for further treatments.

Have been seeing Lovleen wherever she has been based, and was lovely to finally go to her house set up. Clean, comfortable and even more services offered. She always makes sure I go away painfree and hairless. Can't recommend enough.

I’ve been having my lashes done here for nearly a year now and she is amazing. Honestly the loveliest lady and also her lashes are hands down THE BEST! She takes her time and listens to what you actually want and every set is always perfect. Great customer service and for her quality of work she is more than reasonably priced. I travel from the other side of Birmingham to have my lashes done here as they are worth it! Thankyou!

Honestly the practitioner Safa is soo lovely and makes you feel so comfortable. The laser itself it’s absolutely pain free unlike the experience I’ve had at other laser places where the pain was unbearable. So affordable and up to high standards. Would honestly recommend to book in your patch test and start your laser journey immediately.

From start to finish such a relaxing and well thought out experience. Sumaiya was friendly and calm, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. My skin feels so good now. They have created a little haven in that space, and it felt like a sanctuary. Such a treat. I will definitely be back!

Chanel was GREAT!!! She was welcoming, approachable and made the atmosphere very comfortable during the service.
