Wonderful experience for my first time getting lash extensions. Jodi talked me through the lash options to make sure I was certain on my choice. She updated me on what she was doing throughout and gave great instruction. She's so lovely and had a nice chat and gave me after care tools and information. Will definitely be back and 100% recommend!

From start to finish such a relaxing and well thought out experience. Sumaiya was friendly and calm, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. My skin feels so good now. They have created a little haven in that space, and it felt like a sanctuary. Such a treat. I will definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10! I always go to her for my eyelashes and facial treatments, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Even though I don’t speak English very well, she always makes me feel comfortable and does everything she can to make sure we understand each other. I highly recommend her to everyone!

Aboustly happy everytime , I go in the sun on Hoilday, swim in the pool and the sea, I wash my hair in the shower and my lashes are still attached, always look natural, when they are ready to come off they naturally fall off, leaving my own lashes on, very comfortable place, lovely biscuits and tea , won’t go anywhere else,

I booked a facial with a back massage for me and my friend for her birthday as we couldn’t find a lot of places that offered that for 2 people. We really loved it, it was soo relaxing and we both noticed our skin being glowy/hydrated after the facial.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Best facials we’ve ever had! We booked the double facial for a girly treat, it was nice to have the facials at the same time. Lovely quiet and calm studio, both therapists really paid attention to our skins’ needs and provided a fantastic facial which included electronic equipment, LED light therapy and a scalp neck and shoulder massage. We felt younger as soon as we walked out! We booked this just for a one-off treat as we were in the area, but we will definitely be looking to make this a more regular treat as this was the best facial we’ve had!! Thank you so much!
