Service is always great! Hair, nail, eyebrow.. this is my place to go! Nice and friendly. The only problem is just with punctuality. Many of my experiences have been at least 20-30 mins later than the appointment time so make sure you do not book any plans afterwards until you are finished. They have recently added this mocktail and massage service which is nice meanwhile that you are waiting.

My experience today at DBK Bayview with Raffi was absolutely amazing. We spent a few hours together styling, coloring, conditioning and shaping and this was the first time he undoubtedly worked his master creative hair stylist and colorist magic on my naturally curly hair! His massages are out of this world and when I asked him to explain the treatment plan, I was truly amazing at his knowledge and expertise! Thank you so much Raffi. I will definitely see you the next time I am ready to set up my appointment with you.

I had my first visit to DBK Salon Bayview today and was very impressed. Emirson took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted and came up with a clear plan before he even started. It’s obvious he knows exactly what he’s doing. I’m totally satisfied with the haircut and the attention to detail—I’ll definitely be coming back for my next session!

I love coming to this location for a haircut! I don’t live close but I come here because Sue is the best hairdresser ever! I will forever go to her because she seriously takes her time to make sure my haircut is how I want it to be. I’ve been seeing her for years now and her work is always on point! I had a fantastic experience with Ray. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Booking was easy & straightforward, with clear instructions provided. I appreciated the follow-up reminders, which made it easy to stay organized. During my appointment, Ray was punctual & attentive. What stood out to me was that she took the time to clean my lashes thoroughly before applying the extensions, something I’ve rarely seen elsewhere. It’s clear she cares about both the aesthetics and the health of your lashes. My first visit and I’m already planning on returning. Highly recommend!

Wow! Where do I even begin. I've been girl crushing on Raquel and her beautiful vibes for so long on social media.. finally decided to book an appnt at the Don Milly location.(I live in Oshawa) BEST DECISION EVER!!! As soon as i walked in (wish i got the girl at the front counters name - taller & dark long hair, gorgeous girl) she was on the phone with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Then, I got the pleasure of meeting Jasmine - the gorgeous & talented artist who did my BIAB nails. When I say I'm obsessed, I'm OBSESSED!! Her skills, talent, professionalism, and banter was above and beyond!

Overall I had a good experience - Staff was great & this was the cleanest root touch up ive ever had. I would like to come back & get the full blowout experience and a proper trim. My stylist did her best to use new techniques so I was definitely able to see the potential in the look we were going for

Went to Bayside for a RMT massage with Rachel. She was amazing - very communicative and targets the right areas! Would be 5 stars just for Rachel but I found the front desk a little unorganized and I guess the walls where I got my massage were a little thin as I could hear the conversations happening outside.
