Service is always great! Hair, nail, eyebrow.. this is my place to go! Nice and friendly. The only problem is just with punctuality. Many of my experiences have been at least 20-30 mins later than the appointment time so make sure you do not book any plans afterwards until you are finished. They have recently added this mocktail and massage service which is nice meanwhile that you are waiting.

My experience today at DBK Bayview with Raffi was absolutely amazing. We spent a few hours together styling, coloring, conditioning and shaping and this was the first time he undoubtedly worked his master creative hair stylist and colorist magic on my naturally curly hair! His massages are out of this world and when I asked him to explain the treatment plan, I was truly amazing at his knowledge and expertise! Thank you so much Raffi. I will definitely see you the next time I am ready to set up my appointment with you.

I had my first visit to DBK Salon Bayview today and was very impressed. Emirson took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted and came up with a clear plan before he even started. I love coming to this location for a haircut! I don’t live close but I come here because Sue is the best hairdresser ever! I will forever go to her because she seriously takes her time to make sure my haircut is how I want it to be. I’ve been seeing her for years now and her work is always on point! I had a fantastic experience with Ray. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Booking was easy & straightforward, with clear instructions provided. I appreciated the follow-up reminders, which made it easy to stay organized. During my appointment, Ray was punctual & attentive. What stood out to me was that she took the time to clean my lashes thoroughly before applying the extensions, something I’ve rarely seen elsewhere. It’s clear she cares about both the aesthetics and the health of your lashes. My first visit and I’m already planning on returning. Highly recommend!

I've been girl crushing on Raquel and her beautiful vibes for so long on social media.. finally decided to book an appnt at the Don Milly location.(I live in Oshawa) BEST DECISION EVER!!! As soon as i walked in (wish i got the girl at the front counters name - taller & dark long hair, gorgeous girl) she was on the phone with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Then, I got the pleasure of meeting Jasmine - the gorgeous & talented artist who did my BIAB nails. When I say I'm obsessed, I'm OBSESSED!!
