10/10 would definitely recommend and rebook. Professionalism at its best. My service was TOP TIER. The service and look I requested exceeded my expectations. I had relaxing music, a lit candle and a great conversation. At the end of my service I was given a Triangle puff to dab my face to keep my makeup looking fresh. My beat lasted the whole day. Definitely Freshedbynika is at the head of the game.❤️❤️❤️

Always the best experience. I never have to wait, just sit right in the chair when I arrive. My appointment last exactly as long as stated. Dionne is the most pleasant hair stylist and lash tech. The atmosphere is always very peaceful and relaxing. Always a pleasure to have any service done by her. Grateful to have found Splash Beauty Lounge and Dionne. I rate it a 10 out of 5. I'm a forever client!

My experience was magical. Not only was my make up excellent but the customer service was warm and friendly. 1000/10

My look was amazing!! I received so many compliments on my makeup at the wedding. Persons really loved the eye makeup. My appt was 10 am, and my look lasted right through to 11pm including being in the sun, and dancing later in the evening. I loved it!

Cheniqua is such a phenomenal artist. I had a one on one session today and it was so much fun. I am a begginer in the makeup world and I learned so much about applying makeup, the different techniques and the "why" behind some of the products used which was so helpful! I would recommend her anytime and I cannot wait to keep practicing the skills she taught me. Do not hesitate to book!

The makeup was flawless and on point. I received numerous compliments. The makeup was also long lasting from 5am...I even walked the Cancer Walk and no make up came off until 10pm the night when I removed it. A definite must do again.

For my first time doing my own makeup, I think I did very well under Chenicqua’s guidance as her explanations of different products and brushes to use were very thorough and I loved every bit of my 1 on 1 class.. Will definitely be back

Exceptional customer service

Whether I book in advance or last-minute, Nika delivers. I am not a fan of makeup but when I sit in her chair and vibe with the 90s R&B or new afrobeats and we chit chat, she gets me to relax and I always leave feeling beautiful and very confident. Nika takes time with me because any brushes near my under eye it's tears and lots of blinking, but we always get through it with laughs and many breaks for composure. She's punctual. She's professional. She's very mindful, very respectful. I love going to FreshedbyNika. P.S. She doesn't know I'm writing this review lol

Amazing service as always

I never believed in sweat proof makeup till today....I walked for 10 mins in the hot boiling sun. I jump up. I danced. I ate. And not once did i have to touch up. I don't think I'll ever have my makeup done by anyone else.
