Always the best experience. I never have to wait, just sit right in the chair when I arrive. My appointment last exactly as long as stated. Dionne is the most pleasant hair stylist and lash tech. I find her very pleasant and professional in how she works, and she explains the what's and what's not to do while wearing the lashes.
