I had such a lovely experience at Happy Hair UK as a new client! I originally booked in for a sew-in with a closure, but Happy took the time to talk through my options and recommended a leave-out using my natural hair instead. I really appreciated that she put the health and look of my hair first rather than just sticking to what I’d booked. The salon has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere, with ladies having their hair and nails done, and Love Island on in the background, which was a nice touch! I was also offered refreshments, which made me feel really looked after.

Another lovely appointment with Rebecca! My skin is looking fantastic after another round of Profhilo, and my Botox is spot on, just right and never heavy! Her skills and experience are next level, and her guidance and advice on treatments and skincare has made such a difference to my skin over the last 3yrs

So happy I went with the Nano Keratin treatment and trim. Thanks to Happy she has allowed me to realise the potential with my hair from my previous appointment with a different treatment. It has allowed my hair to grow a lot and be very healthy. Grateful for the whole team who I interacted with on Saturday.

My appointment with Sonia was very good, as usual, but I have a complaint about the fact we are required to pay half the cost in order to confirm the appointment. This is the first time in 40 years of coming to the hairdressers on the Cassiobury estate that this is necessary. Could this practice possibly be reconsidered ?
