Helpful staff. Acknowledging, kind, reassuring and understanding. During the laser treatments, they guided me on what they were going to do during the procedure and whilst, also asking if I’m okay during the process. Thank you to everyone at Diamed London Clinic on making it a great experience.

G is a great barber. Always welcoming whenever I pop in. He always makes sure your ok and the cut is always great. I travel from East London to get my haircut here and its always worth it.

The ladies were so lovely! I got my brows & lashes tinted and I love them. Made my eyes really stand out! The shape of my eyebrows I love too and they even recommended a glue for my eyebrows too which id never had done before. Defo recommend

I had a lovely experience with Loukia today. It was a very relaxing and calm environment. I enjoyed the lovely botanicals facial & back massage which was gorgeous. The products used felt and smelt amazing when applied. Everything was explained prior to beginning each treatment with care and attention. Lots of nice little details to make you even more comfortable from the heated bed to the little choclate treat at the end!! Just perfection! Visited Diamed London Clinic today for a wax treatment. Firstly the shop is very bright, clean and the reception staff were welcoming. My treatment was done by Sevin, she was very friendly, gentle and did an amazing job. She recommended further treatments to me which I will definitely consider going forward. I had my first waxing appointment here today and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Loukia was so welcoming, friendly, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The beaity room was clean, relaxing, and had a lovely atmosphere. I'll definitely be going back and would highly recommend to anyone, especially if it's your first time having a wax!
