Must be around six years I've been going here now - apart from a year during the pandemic. On the barber side (I have no experience of the tattoo side) they're all exceptional professionals and friendly with it. You can't go wrong with any of them really. I'm not a social animal but I've had some easy conversation there, football free to boot, thank the lord. It's hard to go somewhere else now. I live much further afield these days and still find myself travelling in. The appointment system is robust and accommodating/fair and prices reasonable for the service you get. Strong recommend.

My daughter had her ears pierced with Morgan in the Cardiff store and we couldn’t be happier. Morgan was brilliant and really friendly, the shop is lovely and very welcoming. We walked in without an appointment and were seen straight away. Will definitely go back for any more piercings in the future.

In Cardiff for work and needed a haircut, booked in with Dan with just 24 hours notice and had the best buzz cut skin fade and beard trim I've had for ages. Friendly, good chat and listened to what I wanted. Will definitely be back when I'm next in Cardiff. Don't hesitate to book or call in if you're in Cardiff even if you're just visiting.

I had a really great experience at Empress Piercing Cardiff. The staff were super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Everything was explained clearly, and they took their time to make sure I was relaxed and happy with the placement. The studio was clean, professional, and had a really welcoming atmosphere. The piercing itself was quick and almost painless, and I was given clear aftercare instructions. I’d definitely recommend them and will be coming back in the future!

Courtney was amazing...1st ear piercing for my granddaughter, she made her feel relaxed & looking forward to getting her ears pierced 😂 Nothing was too much trouble. I had a tragus & helix piercings, again made to feel at ease...not my 1st piercings, but was regularly checked on to make sure I was ok. The shop is very relaxed, both piercer's were chatting & laughing with my granddaughter, who is a total diva. Would highly recommend & will definitely be back next time I'm in Cardiff xx

Richard was fantastic. He was personable and attentive and made sure he did exactly what I wanted. The whole shop has an amazing vibe. I ended up booking a tattoo appointment before leaving and can't wait to go back!
