Always love going to Empress, have seen Morgan a few times especially and every time have felt completely safe and informed with my piercing. They also give very helpful information sheets after the piercing RE: aftercare! Will 100% come back for even more piercings in future xx

Honestly about a good as I could ever imagine this experience to go. This was my first tattoo and Jess was super friendly and put me at ease right away. I gave her a rough idea of what I wanted and the final design she gave me was even better. Lots of conversations through out and the end tattoo was even better than the stencil. Fantastic experience would definitely recommend.

Was my first piercing , not counting my lobes and it was the best experience ever. she was amazing finished in 4 secs didn’t even give me time to process any pain for my nose . All staff I met were so nice and welcoming , as well being very dedicate to ensuring space was sterile and clean . Plus they give free sweets and stickers and play some fire music

Took my son for his first piercing. Michelle was very professional and has very high standards of cleanliness. Everything was explained and put my son at ease. Excellent customer service. He's already planning what he wants next and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Myself and my neice have been here three times for piercings and check ups. I literally can't fault them. You see people walking in just for a chat about their piercings, bookings and walks in and they are all so lovely and professional everytime. My neice is 14 and they took there time to talk to her and make her comfortable and now she just wants to go there for the rest of her piercings. Everyone book there appointments!!!!! they are so busy and popular, book the appointment even if it's for a chin wag/check up!!!!!!!
