Ana is a rockstar. She is talented, detailed and very professional. I feel that she genuinely cares about her clients and making a real difference in their lives. Funny how something like cosmetic tattooing can be such a confidence booster, but I'll take all the wins! I had my eyeliner done (with the baby version of my signature flick) and I am painfully aware of how risky the procedure can be. However, I felt very safe with Ana throughout the entire process. She provided close guidance from acquiring special numbing cream to aftercare procedures. So happy Antidote has opened in Chiswick! <3

The general vibe and feeling is chill and calm. Berry was respectful of my choices and talked through each step of the process. This isn’t my first tattoo, but I still value that. My tattoo is so beautiful, I’m so happy with it.

I had the most amazing experience with Amie for my lash lift and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the beginning, she took the time to ask lots of questions and really understand exactly what I was hoping to achieve. I had a great experience with my laser hair removal treatment. The staff member, Sami Karki, is professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They explained everything clearly, and the treatment was quick and minimally uncomfortable. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and I’m already seeing great results. I had a lovely experience here, the atmosphere was very calming with nice music. The lady that shaped my eyebrows and waxed my upper lip was great and it didn’t burn or leave marks like other places I had been to. The woman who did my waxing was also just so kind, friendly and calm. It made my experience having such a lovely person do the service! 10/10 would recommend.

ive been struggling bad insecurities with pigmentation my whole life and came across this when researching for a place to help with that, kathy was so helpful and amazing i got picolasering and fractional laser and i could see the results right away ! no pain and was very comfortable. im so glad i did this with kathy shes the best would recommend for anyone struggling with any skin concerns. thank you again kathy <3
