I had the most amazing experience with Amie for my lash lift and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the beginning, she took the time to ask lots of questions and really understand exactly what I was hoping to achieve. She was incredibly gentle, kind, and never rushed — you could tell she genuinely cared about getting every detail perfect. The end result exceeded my expectations and my lashes look incredible. I love that Jennie actually takes time to map my brows before doing the actual threading. Most shops don't do that, and I sometimes end up with uneven brows. I also do love that their shop is very close to my work.

My first time visiting Lilac Beauty. Leila was amazing, I had booked a combination brow however after being fully informed of what every brow treatment actually was (I’m new to this as the first one a few years ago didn’t work) and Leila’s advice about my skin condition/pores etc I went with the nano brow which included a little shading to areas needed. They look amazing and I’m really happy with them. The space is clean and tidy and I was made to feel comfortable the entire time I was there.
