Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. Sasha was absolutely amazing!!! She is such a lovely person and a great piercer. She made me feel so at ease for my first piercing. I would so recommend her for any piercing, whether its your first or youve had some done before. Also shout out to Morgan who was in the reception for making me feel so chill before my appointment, really helped to calm my nerves. Honestly was such a great experience thank you so much!!

this was my first time doing IPL treatment and Caz was so wonderful from start to end. she is very thorough with everything and makes sure I am always comfortable and prepared. Caz is also lovely to talk to so I have never had a bad experience over the past year and a half.

What a find! Suzanne was welcoming from the start. She is very professional and experienced. The clinic is super clean and comfortable. I had semi permanent makeup on my brows and she was extremely detailed and would not let me leave until both myself and her were happy with the results. Im already looking to book something else as felt very safe and in good hands.

My daughter had her ears pierced for her 6th birthday today and the whole experience was fab! She was a little nervous but was made to feel heard, safe and well looked after. Everyone working there was absolutely lovely. The aftercare was explained really well and we’d definitely go back again. Thank you so much, my daughter is super happy with her new sparkly ears! ✨

Amazing experience will 1000% be back as soon as I possibly can. Very comfortable, lovely staff all so friendly and easy to talk to. I wasn’t sure on a few things and I asked a few questions which was no issue at all. I went in for 1 definite one and 1 that I wasn’t sure on and left with 3. Such an amazing experience! I’m super happy with my lip liner, lip blush, and eyeliner/lash lift PMU. Suzanne was lovely, professional, and really took the time to listen and show progress throughout. The results are exactly what I wanted and absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommend!!!
