Absolutely fantastic! I live in Swansea, and it is worth travelling to Cardiff to have treatment in this salon. Suzanne is a really lovely lady who puts you at ease, straightaway. . Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. My experience with Clinic Twenty2 has always been perfect. The greeting is always second to none, as well as the service. I'm always asked how I feel both before, during and after each session. There is no hard sell and each time I'm thanked for making the booking and advised if any further sessions are needed, to please make contact. I find the cost to be most ompetetive and I would highly recommend anyone looking for laser treatment to visit. I am 100% happy with the whole process.

I attended ClincTwenty2 to have my semi-permanent eyebrows removed. The lady that carried out the treatment was very professional. She asked me pertinent questions and was very approachable and friendly. She gave me an ice pack to use before and after the treatment, which worked so well numbing the area, I didn't have any pain both during and after treatment. She gave me full aftercare instructions and a pot of cream to use, as she said the area may become dry. Her rates are extremely good and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Caz is incredibly attentive. I’ve never been iced before during laser treatment and it makes such a difference — the treatment is virtually painless. She’s so kind, welcoming, and makes you feel completely at ease. I love coming to my appointments, and the results have been amazing.

this was my first time doing IPL treatment and Caz was so wonderful from start to end. she is very thorough with everything and makes sure I am always comfortable and prepared. Caz is also lovely to talk to so I have never had a bad experience over the past year and a half.

I was recommended to her and I can absolutely see why. She took extra care around my C-section scar when I told her I was nervous, and she made me feel completely at ease. She’s honestly brilliant—probably the best waxer in Cardiff. If anyone is looking for someone professional, gentle, and genuinely lovely to be around, I highly recommend her!
