The salon is gorgeous and beautifully clean. Jess is lovely and gave a lot of time to explaining products and focussed on how to better my troubled areas. She also wrote down what she recommends for my skin to help it improve- no hard sell or pushing. The facial was lovely and relaxing! My skin felt amazing and glowy when leaving. Very happy! For the first time in 6 years it was lovely for someone to actually take note of my skin issues and look at it. Feel so much more confident that we have or will have found a treatment that helps manage it. Lots of advice on food and looking at allergies. Definitely recommend Sam. Made me feel so much at ease.

Dr Roberta is just lovely, she is very knowledgeable and makes sure she listens to what your concerns/wants are, then tells you everything she can do to help. She didn’t try to over sell packages or products which was refreshing! Her advice was professionally based to help you get the best for you as an individual. Such a fantastic Dr. Talked through the whole process to ensure I fully understood what the procedure was and what to expect. Showed me the product and expiry date (something that has never happened when previously having botox with other practitioners). Advised against having a certain procedure as it wouldnt look quite right on me, fully trust Dr Sam 100%. Thank you for such a great experience 😀 The clinic itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean and the location is perfect with parking outside. Overall a fantastic experience 👌
