Absolutely fantastic! I live in Swansea, and it is worth travelling to Cardiff to have treatment in this salon. Suzanne is a really lovely lady who puts you at ease, straightaway. . Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. Having a 1 hour facial has been such a relaxing experience, I think I fell asleep . Absolutely worth every penny , it’s not just a facial with incredible products , it’s a face, head , neck and arm massage which takes away all those daily aches .

What a find! Suzanne was welcoming from the start. She is very professional and experienced. The clinic is super clean and comfortable. I had semi permanent makeup on my brows and she was extremely detailed and would not let me leave until both myself and her were happy with the results. Im already looking to book something else as felt very safe and in good hands.

this was my first time doing IPL treatment and Caz was so wonderful from start to end. she is very thorough with everything and makes sure I am always comfortable and prepared. Caz is also lovely to talk to so I have never had a bad experience over the past year and a half.
