Sheila is a really lovely lady! I recommend her services! Her sugaring is fast and she is thorough. She also makes you feel relax with the vibe of the place. The new place might be a maze, but enter through the side door, go up and the 205 to your right.

Moving from Toronto, I’m used to very efficient wax services. I’ve tried the sugaring in Winnipeg at a few places and find it painful and soo slow! Sheila was very receptive to my worries and got things done so quickly and painlessly (or as painless as you can get with a Brazilian wax). She was comfortable using waxing or sugaring and kept me laughing and distracted the whole time. I would definitely recommend her! Also, the prices can’t be beat!

Yana is so wonderful and gentle. I always dall asleep while she's working. Today I caught myself snoring ahaha. This place treats you like a princess, right down to the beautiful tea cups for water.

Upon arriving to this chic, modern and emaculate establishment, I was immediately impressed! Shiela is personable, genuinely friendly, authentic, and very professional. I felt comfortable and at ease. The Brazilian waxing was impeccable. I highly recommend a visit to Urban Serenity, and once you do ,you won't want to go anywhere else! I loved it and am so glad to have found this hidden gem.

I recently had a Swedish massage and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. From the moment I arrived, Sheila made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She was warm and professional, making sure I was at ease throughout the session. The room was perfectly set up — warm, peaceful, and inviting, which only added to the overall calm atmosphere. I am so Happy that Perla has moved to a location I can access. Everything I could want in one location. Had a sugar facial and it was great to get rid of my facial hair. Been way to long. Massage, sugaring, even wanting a pedicure, manicure is available.

Amazing first time experience with Jeannette! For someone whos been wearing false lashes for year I decided to try them out for a 2 week trip. She explained step-by-step and is very gentle to the touch. Great conversation and it was really nice to get a little nap in too!
