Moving from Toronto, I’m used to very efficient wax services. I’ve tried the sugaring in Winnipeg at a few places and find it painful and soo slow! Sheila was very receptive to my worries and got things done so quickly and painlessly (or as painless as you can get with a Brazilian wax). She was comfortable using waxing or sugaring and kept me laughing and distracted the whole time. I would definitely recommend her! Also, the prices can’t be beat!

Upon arriving to this chic, modern and emaculate establishment, I was immediately impressed! Shiela is personable, genuinely friendly, authentic, and very professional. I felt comfortable and at ease. The Brazilian waxing was impeccable. I highly recommend a visit to Urban Serenity, and once you do ,you won't want to go anywhere else! I loved it and am so glad to have found this hidden gem.

I recently had a Swedish massage and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. From the moment I arrived, Sheila made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She was warm and professional, making sure I was at ease throughout the session. The room was perfectly set up — warm, peaceful, and inviting, which only added to the overall calm atmosphere. Second time going and it was much easier than the first time! 😅 The atmosphere was again fantastic and Theresa does a really good job at making her clients as comfortable as sugaring allows

I am so Happy that Perla has moved to a location I can access. Everything I could want in one location. Had a sugar facial and it was great to get rid of my facial hair. Been way to long. Massage, sugaring, even wanting a pedicure, manicure is available.

I was sooo happy to make my way back here! And not to be disappointed the people working were not just the same people ,they were the same wonderful practitioners as they had been before.. they know their work well!. I recommend this place because they CARE for their clients . ( and they all have a keen sense of humor!) I feel GREAT!!!! Thank you!
