This place is exceptional. I’ve been going for a few years now, and the quality across every artist has been consistently excellent. The girls are super friendly and warm, too. One of (if not) the best nail spots in London! So lucky to have them on my doorstep!

Incredible experience and highly professional spa! Felicia gave me the best Reflexology I’ve had in a very long time. I’ll be back to get more treatments.

I’ve been consistently getting a perfect gel spa manicure at The Nail Spa for more than 3 years, no matter which nail technician I get. Great attention to detail to ensure the nail shape looks good, receptive to feedback and professional atitude. They also have a broad variety of nail polish, love Diva and Opi. Thank you!!

I had an excellent Swedish massage and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which helped me relax straight away. I had quite a difficult situation with my hair — it was already damaged, but I really wanted to go back to blonde. I knew it wouldn't be an easy process, and I was honestly nervous about causing even more damage. Ivan handled the transition so swiftly, seamlessly, and professionally. He managed to get me as blonde as I possibly could without compromising the health of my hair, which is something not many colourists would be able to do. The result looks natural, even, and beautifully blended - and most importantly, my hair still feels healthy.

Dani was great with the Swedish massage and my first time full back waxing. Brilliant pressure throughout the massage and just made me feel very comfortable. Definitely coming again for the deep tissue massage with aromatherapy as recommended. Timandra finished off with a good manicure and pedicure. Danute was absolutely amazing today - super sweet and I could feel she had so much technique and knowledge even of my tension spots for the massage at the end of the facial care! This was the best I've had in London so far and I will be coming back :)
