Such a gorgeous and tranquil experience. Janine offers a slice of heaven. The saunas are clean, relaxing and perfect for a rejuvenating experience. Every detail is thought of- from instructions on how to use the sauna, access to bathrooms, change room and the electrolyte shot at the end of the session. Thanks for a great experience.🔥❤️

After a motorbike accident in May 2023, I’ve been living with chronic pain and insomnia. Regular use of infrared saunas have made a huge difference to both. To emphasise this point, when available, I will choose an infrared sauna session over additional opioid based pain killers without hesitation. The private, nature-filled setting Janine has created is incredibly calming, and the Clearlight brand of sauna offered by Cloud 9 is by far the best I’ve tried.

We tried the traditional sauna this time and it was absolutely beautiful looking out over the trees with relaxing music. Super private and the lovely Janine provides spa towels, water and an electrolyte shot ❤️❤️

Amazing place, very clean and great customer service. It’s really a 5 star. My only complaint would be that it would be preferable to allow a 1hr visit that you must be in and out within, meaning if you want to shower 5min and be done you actually can be in sauna for 55min. So you use your 1hr the way you would like based on your own prep. Rather than a 45min sauna and 15min to leave. Allow the customer to choose how the time is spent. Otherwise this place is outstanding and highly recommended

On arrival we were greeting by our friendly host and shown the facilities. The sauna was amazing, set in a beautiful tranquil setting giving Bali vibes, lovely outdoor shower to cool off, filter water and an electrolyte shot for after. A great experience for a couple or spending some quality time with your bestie.

Wonderful evening at Cloud 9 again. The sun streamed into the Infrared Sauna through the garden leaves at sunset and it was total magic. I had intended to book a Finnish steam sauna, but at this time of day, I think we got lucky with the change. My friend was also new to Sauna, and that was good, as it is a bit less intense than the Finnish steam version! Both of these options are gorgeous in outlook, privacy and location. Very relaxing!

This beautiful space transports you to another world. Everything about it feels calming and lush. The sauna is stunning, it’s huge window looking out to beautiful trees and the night sky. Afterwards the feeling of peacefulness is exquisite. So good for the mind, body and soul.

A wonderful experience with my girlfriend for a couples sauna in the traditional style. Peaceful and serene with nice music, comfy wooden furniture and a soft breeze to cool down after an outdoor shower. The sauna is spacious and has a lovely outlook into the trees, ferns and rainforest like garden. I wish I could keep my eyes open and but I am so relaxed I keep missing out on the view! Great place to unwind and release the stress of city life, and sweat out the toxins and tensions.

Beautiful experience - Janine gave us an intro on how to get the most out of our Finnish Sauna session and we feel completely rejuvenated! The sauna is set amongst lovely leafy surroundings, with private bathroom and outdoor shower, seating, filtered water as needed, and some tranquil music playing. Total Bali spa vibes 💕

Absolutely fantastic! In such a beautiful location, you are centred in the middle of a rain forest and you can listen to tranquil music inside the sauna and listen to the beautiful sounds of nature outside. I did the infrared Sauna for 45mins with my partner and it was perfect! Janine was such a fantastic host and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend!
