Emma was so kind and welcoming, inviting me into her home for my treatment. I’d won a gift voucher for a back, neck and shoulder massage that she had generously donated as a prize at the local bingo. This was my first ever massage, and Emma made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed, which isn’t easy for me as a mum of two who rarely gets the chance to switch off! I have regular lash infills with Becky. Amazing as always. She’s friendly, extremely punctual, her work is incredible, and she makes me feels so comfortable and taken care of. The salon is beautiful and clean. Best in Yeovil for sure!

I had a brow lamination and Korean lash lift with Emma today. Was my first experience of both treatments and wow! Emma did the most amazing job, explaining the whole treatment to me, and the results are amazing. Super happy with them and I will definitely be booking back in!

All staff very friendly as always. Aleanna very attentive making mee plenty of yummy drinks. Excellent massage as usual, Sarah is able to find the location of the muscle problem and gently but firmly work on it, relieving the tension. I love her manner and patience in finding out what today’s problem, after using her many massage styles on you, you walk away from your session feeling lighter and relieved of the painful muscles you first arrived with. I have booked regular sessions as they are so beneficial for my wellbeing. Thank you very much Sarah ;-)

I'd been unable to return to Naturally Serene for a couple of weeks (was a [financially] *long* ol' January...); & my back sure had noticed/protested! SO glad to be back/have this space. Although I'd not been feeling @ 100% (beforehand)...the session CLEARLY, as always, was beneficial 'n made a difference. THANK YOU as ever Justine, you're a gem! This was the first time I'd had myofascial release and it was great, I feel like it really helped with my fibromyalgia pain. Sarah is gentle, patient, professional and very good at what she does. I highly recommend her.

As always , Idi did a beautiful job. Her general style is similar to mine and understands what I want . I struggle with ms pain when having my hair washed, and she was able to gently dry cut it beautifully and she is so lovely towards me. It was also lovely of Nick to take the time to pop over and say hello. The salon is such a warm and welcoming place and after suffering recent trauma, and barely leaving my house I was nervous but left feeling happy and relaxed . Thank you and merry Christmas
