Emma was so kind and welcoming, inviting me into her home for my treatment. I’d won a gift voucher for a back, neck and shoulder massage that she had generously donated as a prize at the local bingo. This was my first ever massage, and Emma made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed, which isn’t easy for me as a mum of two who rarely gets the chance to switch off! Idi the best hair washer and blow dry I have had in years. I was visiting the area and live in Hertfordshire. Wish I was nearer to Yeovil and I would ask for Idi every time.

I have regular lash infills with Becky. Amazing as always. She’s friendly, extremely punctual, her work is incredible, and she makes me feels so comfortable and taken care of. The salon is beautiful and clean. Best in Yeovil for sure!

I had a brow lamination and Korean lash lift with Emma today. Was my first experience of both treatments and wow! Emma did the most amazing job, explaining the whole treatment to me, and the results are amazing. Super happy with them and I will definitely be booking back in!

Wonderful experience. Very relaxing and released most of my shoulder and neck tension and listened to my main issues and addressed them. Would definitely recommend.

That Deep Tissue Back, Neck & Shoulders session sure did have an effect! Felt tension melting away/healin' happening/a feeling of lightness resulting (in my back 'n other specific affected points); mmm, lush. Absolutely amazing from Grace! Spent a good amount of time on nail prep, paid so much attention to detail and made sure at every step that I felt empowered to tell her if I wanted to change anything! My nails look incredible. I will definitely be coming back!

Emma creates the most peaceful spa like atmosphere for her treatments! She came to my home & made everything feel relaxing. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage. It was amazing! Followed by a manicure & pedicure - I feel so relaxed! Thank you ❤️

I'd been unable to return to Naturally Serene for a couple of weeks (was a [financially] *long* ol' January...); & my back sure had noticed/protested! SO glad to be back/have this space. Although I'd not been feeling @ 100% (beforehand)...the session CLEARLY, as always, was beneficial 'n made a difference. THANK YOU as ever Justine, you're a gem! Looking forward to next week's appointment.

All staff very friendly as always. Aleanna very attentive making mee plenty of yummy drinks. Ellie my hair stylist today outstanding today very professional, friendly and an outstanding hair do she gave me today. Highly recommend her. Really pleased with my new hairdo will be going back to her again for sure . Thanks Ellie , also thankyou to nick to doing the final touch who trimmed my fringe 😀

Excellent massage as usual, Sarah is able to find the location of the muscle problem and gently but firmly work on it, relieving the tension. I love her manner and patience in finding out what today’s problem, after using her many massage styles on you, you walk away from your session feeling lighter and relieved of the painful muscles you first arrived with. I have booked regular sessions as they are so beneficial for my wellbeing. Thank you very much Sarah ;-)

Having missed the previous week's lovely massage...my back had certainly been making its displeasure known @ times, re the lack of your healing touch!
