Idi the best hair washer and blow dry I have had in years. I was visiting the area and live in Hertfordshire. Wish I was nearer to Yeovil and I would ask for Idi every time.

As always , Idi did a beautiful job. Her general style is similar to mine and understands what I want . I struggle with ms pain when having my hair washed, and she was able to gently dry cut it beautifully and she is so lovely towards me. It was also lovely of Nick to take the time to pop over and say hello. The salon is such a warm and welcoming place and after suffering recent trauma, and barely leaving my house I was nervous but left feeling happy and relaxed . Thank you and merry Christmas

The few days prior to this Naturally Serene visit...hadn't been the best for me. So (in addition to another lush relaxing massage, naturally) a space was needed, where I could (allow myself) to rest/to clear my head/to be heard. Big thanks (again!) for creating that kinda space, Justine. & its been feeling like the beginnings of a positive difference... Mmm, that Lava Shell Massage was lovely! Loved the...evolution (if 'tis the right term) from the Hot Stones massage (also lush), the heat really does make a difference/make that relaxation even deeper (definitely had a...spring in my step/felt "lighter" walking afterwards as well, since this Massage incorporates the legs 'n feet. You even found a muscle knot in my lower leg I'd not been fully conscious of!). See you for our next appointment soon Justine, thanks as always for everything.

'Twas a shorter (Hot Stones massage) treatment today (30 mins); however, 'tis just as effective! The Stone's heat certainly led me to feel an (even) stronger connection to your own energy Justine (which in turn of course helps with the healin'/general yumminess[!] of the session). Anyhow...another beautiful experience, cheers as ever. & amazingly, despite that resulting laid-back feelin', I was still (fairly) effective @ my work shift that afternoon...

Used the massage chair, rather than the massage table, for this (Swedish Back, Neck and Shoulders) appointment again; I'd not been feeling 100%, so being vertical 'twas more helpful/better than being horizontal...& the chair really does work just as well! Mmm, a lovely blissful insightful space...thank you for being here Justine, I'm looking forward to our upcoming sessions (including a certain new Lava Shell Massage...). Take care & stay well.

Having not had a Hot Stones massage previously (from anyone, to my recollection), I ended up feeling pretty...spaced out! Really relaxed, + gotta concur with such a massage being particularly helpful for broken bones fractures etc as well (picked up a double-fracture @ the end of last year); there was a difference. 'Twas a definite sense of...integration from the session/I've been feeling a better "flow" with things overall. As I said yesterday; we all need to be heard & seen (@ least sometimes), which makes such opportunities INVALUABLE (especially as a man it seems). So major appreciative thanks for these opportunities, Justine; for helping (me) bring (deeper) awareness from the ol' noggin back into the body; & for just working out those kinks (which can naturally develop/build up), for the pampering! All good as always. Everybody friendly and welcoming.

Went for a full leg wax as heavily pregnant shaving is difficult (mamma's if you know you know). I was quite anxious as I am a bigger girl. However I had a lovely lady, Grace, she made me feel so comfortable, the conversation put me at ease and she made it so every position for me to be in was comfortable for a pregnant lady but still have my legs waxed. I also asked the reception lady who was very helpful if I can request Grace in the future and it is allowed, so you can have the same person for every visit so you remain comfortable every visit. Thank you ladies 😊

My pedicure and Massage with Jem were fantastic, I felt so relaxed when I finished. Thanks Jem
