Mmm, that Lava Shell Massage was lovely! Loved the...evolution (if 'tis the right term) from the Hot Stones massage (also lush), the heat really does make a difference/make that relaxation even deeper (definitely had a...spring in my step/felt "lighter" walking afterwards as well, since this Massage incorporates the legs 'n feet. You even found a muscle knot in my lower leg I'd not been fully conscious of!). See you for our next appointment soon Justine, thanks as always for everything.

Emma was so kind and welcoming, inviting me into her home for my treatment. I’d won a gift voucher for a back, neck and shoulder massage that she had generously donated as a prize at the local bingo. This was my first ever massage, and Emma made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed, which isn’t easy for me as a mum of two who rarely gets the chance to switch off! I would highly recommend the TMJ Jaw Release massage. I have been having massages on my back, neck and shoulders for a while now and when Justine told me about the new treatment she was offering, I wanted to try it and I was not disappointed. It was amazing! It massaged my face, jaw, neck, head and shoulders and an interesting massage inside the cheeks of my mouth. It felt strange at first but what a difference it made. The whole experience was fantastic, so relaxing and treated areas of my face and jaw I had never experienced before. I would highly recommend giving it a try.

I had the most relaxing Thai foot massage with Sarah today. It was my first visit, and they are always a little nerve rattling, but Sarah was lovely and friendly, and very easy to talk to. Very obviously skilled at her craft, and my feet and lower legs feel great right now. Her couch is easily the most comfortable I’ve ever been on - it deserves a mention, because as a big woman with dodgy and creaky bits, it’s not always easy to get comfy enough to enjoy a massage, to be frank! No problems here, it was perfect. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on - thank you!

I have now had multiple holistic massages with Sarah where she has tirelessly worked on my feet and calves to minimise my plantar fasciitis symptoms and a problematic toe allowing me to maintain my running hobby. I continue to be impressed with Sarah’s knowledge and wide ranging knowledge and skill in interpreting what my body is doing and saying. I have also had my second hot stone massage which was heavenly and timely to reduce my stress levels. Absolutely amazing! So relaxed and very informative in terms of body posture and helping positioning in-between massages. The massage itself was amazing, the pressure points were perfect in releasing the tension! 5*

I just had my first grandchild and was with her for 10 days. I was stiff all over and treated myself to a relaxing massage with Sarah. I know there are post-partum and pregnancy massages for mums but there should be a 'New Grandma Massage'. I feel great, my body has relaxed after tension from cradling a baby and picking up and awkward positions. Sarah always provides a solution.

Sarah is a consumate professional - I was immediately impressed with the thoroughness of her questioning to gain a holistic overview of my psychological and physical needs. I then had my first and amazing hot stone massage which left me completely relaxed calm and stress free. After assessing my body’s condition Sarah advised that my feet need a full hour massage to help with various issues linked to my love of running. As always, perfection! I love that Sarah takes the time to check in beforehand to discuss any problem areas and to allow the massage to be tailored to target any specific concerns. Sarah also checks in throughout the massage and explains what she can see/feel which I appreciate - blows my mind every time! I find the massage so relaxing - it sends me off to sleep!
