Was recommended by a friend and I had such a welcoming friendly experience. Went for my first ever wax and I couldn’t have been made to feel more comfortable! Carly made me feel super at ease and was really easy/lovely to chat to during the waxing process. Will be returning for sure! 10/10

The staff here in Nail Spa not only excellent on what they’re paid for but also very accommodating and flexible. With the latter you can’t find that anywhere else in Penarth, more so in Cardiff. The effort is very much appreciated. Very much highly recommended, give them a try and you will never have to go to any other salon again.

The best nail bar I´ve been to in Cardiff. Salah is great, very kind and professional. I got a simple manicure done and my nails look perfect. I will definitely repeat! The salon is very clean and has many polisher colours to choose. Also, the location is great - right in the entrance of Penarth with plenty of free parking space.

I've started to have beauty treatments (facials) in Beauty box Penarth in January 2023. From the first time I was impressed with the client service. It is lovely going there. It is so relaxing and I have the confidence that they take care of my skin because they use a high quality products and have the knowledge and expirience . Toyah, best bikini waxing artist I have been to, can only trust her with my waxing. 5 star and friendly service.

What a great experience I had today, was apprehensive that a male waxing would be painful, how wrong was I not painful whatsoever. Will definitely visit again ☺️

A great first visit to the clinic with a very thorough consultation for IPL Laser hair removal which left me feeling very confident about the process. I booked in for further treatment there and then, and had my eye brows waxed too!

Absolutely in love with my Christmas nails they are gorgeous and wouldn’t have wanted them done by anyone else. First time having my nails done and they are just amazing will deffo be going back. 3rd time having my intimate waxing done and the full Hollywood this time! . Toyah makes it’s easy and friendly and just love going to her for a catch up and a laugh. Thank you again ❤️❤️
