this was my first time doing IPL treatment and Caz was so wonderful from start to end. she is very thorough with everything and makes sure I am always comfortable and prepared. Caz is also lovely to talk to so I have never had a bad experience over the past year and a half.

I recently had an appointment for male waxing and I must say it was a positive experience. Dewi was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The waxing itself was done efficiently and with minimal discomfort. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the thoroughness of the service. Overall, I would highly recommend this establishment for male waxing appointments.

I was recommended to her and I can absolutely see why. She took extra care around my C-section scar when I told her I was nervous, and she made me feel completely at ease. She’s honestly brilliant—probably the best waxer in Cardiff. If anyone is looking for someone professional, gentle, and genuinely lovely to be around, I highly recommend her!
