I wanted to experiment with a new way of cutting my curls.. Louise listened and took the time to watch videos and tweaked the cut to suit my hair. She did not cut too much as she is mindful to how curls behave.

I attended ClincTwenty2 to have my semi-permanent eyebrows removed. The lady that carried out the treatment was very professional. She asked me pertinent questions and was very approachable and friendly. She gave me an ice pack to use before and after the treatment, which worked so well numbing the area, I didn't have any pain both during and after treatment. She gave me full aftercare instructions and a pot of cream to use, as she said the area may become dry. Her rates are extremely good and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I recently had an appointment for male waxing and I must say it was a positive experience. Dewi was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The waxing itself was done efficiently and with minimal discomfort. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the thoroughness of the service. Overall, I would highly recommend this establishment for male waxing appointments.

I had a great experience with Louise today. She listened carefully and gave me some great advice about how to look after my hair. She took her time with my cut and blow dry and also sorted out some asymmetry in my hair that had crept in from a different salon. Thanks again Louise - I love the cut! :)

Was a really good experience everything was fairly smooth

The appointment was amazing, sha made me feel so comfortable and not ashamed at all, I loved her work and her patience and how she was getting everything handled with patience and giving it the right time and attention. Best wax experience i’ve had so far in Cardiff would deffo recommend it!!! x

Caz is incredibly attentive. I’ve never been iced before during laser treatment and it makes such a difference — the treatment is virtually painless. She’s so kind, welcoming, and makes you feel completely at ease. I love coming to my appointments, and the results have been amazing.
