I visited for a Swedish massage and reflexology. I arrived feeling stressed however the entire experience was calming and incredible from the very start and I came out feeling totally different. Natalia’s energy was amazing - kind and deeply calming. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail contributed to a truly relaxing experience. I felt completely at ease and even fell asleep during the reflexology, which says everything about how relaxing it was. It was such an enjoyable experience and I’m so happy I came across Balance & Me. Thank you!

Not just a massage but a fantastic ‘experience’. Natalia is wonderful, so calming and puts you at ease straight away. I came out feeling like a huge weight had been lifted from me. I cannot wait to return!

Absolutely love my lashes from Lululs Beauty! I went in for my eyelash infills and they look perfect, full, fluffy, and so natural. The whole experience was relaxing and professional, and Emma really takes her time to make sure every lash is just right. I always leave feeling amazing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! 💕✨

I had the most amazing reflexology treatment with Natalia! The entire experience was incredibly relaxing and felt like a complete reset for my mind and body. Natalia is an absolute gem—she has such a warm energy and knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I left feeling completely renewed. I booked in for a pedicure, lash extensions with hypoallergenic glue, and a brow shape & tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The pedicure was so relaxing and left my feet feeling refreshed and silky smooth. The lash extensions are absolutely gorgeous, the hypoallergenic glue meant no stinging or irritation at all, which made the process so comfortable. My brows were shaped and tinted perfectly to suit my face, giving me a natural but defined look.

The most relaxed treatment I have ever had. So many little extras added to the treatment as well. Honestly was amazing I had the reflexology and Indian head massage. Can’t wait to come again.

Absolutely incredible. You’re looked after the moment you walk through the door. I had a massage with Natalia; two hours of relaxation, reiki, reflexology and massage. I feel really calm and relaxed and I am grateful for the experience and will absolutely be back again. Thank you!

I had an appointment with Natalia today and wow! She’s so intuitive and somehow knew exactly what my body needed without me even having to explain it. The salon itself is absolutely stunning—such a luxurious space that makes the whole experience feel even more special from the moment you walk in. It really felt like a full escape, not just a treatment. It blows my mind how working on your feet can release so much tension in your head, neck, and shoulders—but it genuinely worked. I walked out feeling like I was floating! Even my Oura ring noticed the difference—wellness score boosted!
