The new location is fab! Easy to find with the easy to follow directions that I received before my appointment. Still in Conwy but with much better parking and beautiful views! The room had a relaxing, calming vibe for my massage, which was the best as always. Been coming to Healing Hands for monthly massages for almost a year and it never disappoints, completely relaxing and improved my posture. Thank you so much! 💓

I had my first deep tissue massage today. Lois was great. She was very welcoming and put me right at ease. The new space is beautiful too! The massage itself was just what I needed. Lois really really worked into the knots and tried to loosen up my whole back. We discussed a schedule I’d need to try to get on top of it, so I’ll be looking to try to book a regular slot 💆🏼‍♀️

My first visit having recently moved to the area. Llinos made me feel very comfortable, and at ease. She listened to where my problem areas were and the type of massage I enjoyed and personalised the treatment accordingly. Llinos did an amazing job and I felt very relaxed and stretched out afterwards. I’m already booked back in for my next visit.

Lois was amazing. Friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my back massage with Lois today. The pressure was great! I needed firm pressure as I have lots of knots and tension in my back neck and shoulders! Loved it, and I was so relaxed near the end I was nearly asleep! Wonderful massage! I had the Buccal facial massage with Sian. First time for me to have this and it was so relaxing. Combined with the jelly eye mask, arm and head massage, it was divine. I highly recommend this treatment. Sian is so knowledgeable in her craft. Such a calming and peaceful treatment room. Just trying to decide what to have next 🙂

I highly recommend Mia, I had the Manual Lymphatic Drainage and the face version. You are in safe hands with Mia, I suffer with chronic stress and as soon as I arrived yesterday, I just felt my symptoms melting away, I slept better last night and I am not as bloated. Today was my first experience of Pressotherapy. It was explained fully to me by Mia, whose knowledge and expertise is second to none. Mia made me feel safe and in good hands. The therapy itself was amazing. I felt warm and comfortable and relaxed fully into the beneficial feeling. Being a novice to this I can now fully recommend this therapy, and especially Mia as an excellent therapist. I fully hope to continue this as much as I can as I felt tremendous benefit and relaxation.
