It was my first time at Healing Hands and I had a fantastic deep tissue massage with Llinos. I don’t usually enjoy massages and was feeling quite nervous, but Llinos really put me at ease and made me feel relaxed throughout. I’ve already booked my next appointment!

This was my first experience of a massage (deep tissue back massage) and it was fantastic. The moment I enter I felt completely at ease and relax with Ceri. She talked me through what she doing in a calm way and applied pressure to suit different areas off my back and neck. I was so relaxed by the end of the session that I could of drifted off for a very long sleep. Would definitely return and highly recommend

Another fantastic deep tissue massage with Lois. She really worked at the the knots and tried to release the tension along my spine. Lois (as has always been my experience with Healing Hands) is very knowledgeable about muscle structure and took the time to explain the issues she could see with my back and possible causes and ways to help ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

I had my first deep tissue massage today. Lois was great. She was very welcoming and put me right at ease. The new space is beautiful too! The massage itself was just what I needed. Lois really really worked into the knots and tried to loosen up my whole back. We discussed a schedule I’d need to try to get on top of it, so I’ll be looking to try to book a regular slot 💆🏼‍♀️

The new location is fab! Easy to find with the easy to follow directions that I received before my appointment. Still in Conwy but with much better parking and beautiful views! The room had a relaxing, calming vibe for my massage, which was the best as always. Been coming to Healing Hands for monthly massages for almost a year and it never disappoints, completely relaxing and improved my posture. Thank you so much! 💓

I went for a relaxation massage but also mentioned I’d been having problems with my back and neck. Ceri was absolutely brilliant — she understood exactly what was going on and worked on the areas that needed it most. The pressure was just right, firm where it needed to be, but she always checked that I was comfortable. By the end I felt like a huge weight had been lifted — relaxed, lighter, and completely at ease. Ceri really does have a gift!

I don't really have the words to describe the quality of the massage Llinos gave me, but from start to finish it was wonderful. So much so that a couple of days later the intense pain through my neck, back and legs have virtually disappeared to the extent where I'm not trying to alleviate the pain myself. I’m so glad a friend recommended Ceri when I complained about my aching neck and stiff knotted shoulders. I booked a deep tissue massage. Excellent decision! From the moment I walked in I knew that I had come to the right place. It honestly was 1 of the best massages I’ve ever experienced and I don’t say that lightly: my overall health has improved significantly over the last 24 hours.
