Really enjoyed my first ever Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage by Mia. It was so relaxing and Mia is so professional and personable puts you right at ease. Explaining everything. I could tell the difference immediately when I left clinic. My right hip pain had eased right off and walking was much quicker having suffered since December. A warm welcome was received, we were able to relax in the lounge prior to our treatments. Roisin was my massage therapist - she offered me a selection of aromatherapy scents and gave me the best massage I have had in a while. She used a gentle but firm pressure and left me feeling so relaxed. My mother had a facial with Megan which she thoroughly enjoyed too. The whole experience was excellent- we will be booking again. :-)

Absolutely amazing experience.. I suffer with a condition called Lipo Dema recently received extensive surgery on my legs removing 22 L of lipedema fat modules.. The surgery has strengthened my legs.. I traveled to Czech Republic, Prague. I have looking for a lymphatic massage specialist for awhile in North Wales, to my surprise, I came across Mia. fast and effective booking. I visited Mia for a back massage today. I can only say thank you, thank you! I have had chronic musculoskeletal issues for the last 40 years, due to an underlying connective tissue condition.I have visited countless therapists but none have really helped. Mia was able to find all the problem areas and provide both a therapeutic and relaxing massage. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in musculoskeletal issues and combines this with the luxurious experience of a spa massage.
