Had two treatments today, reflexology and a black diamond facial. Both were carried out by Shabana, amazing does not come close to describing the treatments and experience. I’ve had black diamond facials before, not just a facial it is the most relaxing experience, this is definitely down to Shabana’s exceptional skills. Never had reflexology didn’t really know what to expect. Will definitely be having more. If you’re thinking of booking a treatment - don’t hesitate just book you will not be disappointed. You’ll come away feeling chilled and energised in equal measure.

Gillian is a gem. Her wee room is an oasis of calm and she has such a calm, nurturing nature. Manique is a lovely inviting space and I look forward to visiting other practitioners. I went for reflexology and it was a dream. I will be back and would wholeheartedly recommend her.

I cannot praise nor thank Shabana enough for her extra special tlc today. What a kind and genuinely caring person - qualities so often lacking in humankind these days I sought her help by booking a head massage to help alleviate pain in my shoulders, neck and head. When I described my symptoms.to Shabana she suggested the hot stone and bamboo might be a better solution and she proceeded to give me a full hours treatment with the hot stones and bamboo. Was feeling a little under the weather before and so I was sleepy and very relaxed thought out the lymphatic drainage. Lovely relaxing music, a heated blanket, darkened room and Gillian’s expert touch. Would recommend.

I had a wonderful reflexology session with Shabana at Abbey Mill. As someone with fibromyalgia, I’m often nervous about pressure, but Shabana was incredibly considerate and tuned in perfectly to my needs. Her touch was exactly right. I left the session feeling much lighter and more relaxed than I have in a long time. I can’t recommend her enough!

I recently had an incredible holistic treatment with Gillian. The combination of massage and vibration energy was deeply relaxing and grounding. I felt restored and rested. I can’t recommend Gillian highly enough for a unique and nurturing experience that went far beyond a typical treatment.
