I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend Shabana to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and caring experience, and I'll certainly be returning!

One of the most incredible treatments I’ve had. From start to finish everything was thought through so carefully. I felt like my skin was treated so well, but holistically the whole experience was so relaxing too. I didn’t want it to end! The ASMR hair play addition was so worth it too. Left feeling super relaxed and I will be back for sure!

Very nice first visit with my daughter today with Lynn at Graceful Skin. Lynn is extremely knowledgable and very informed about skincare and skincare products. She gave us great advice and we were very happy that she is working on a long-term plan for my daughter’s skin her the upcoming appointments. First eyebrow PMU session. Not knowing what to expect I was delighted to find this treatment to be pain free to the point of relaxing. Neneh was meticulous in her prep and continuously checked I was happy with brow shape. After care guidance was clear and starter kit provided. Now 5 days in and healing has been problem free. In delighted with my brows and Neneh’s care 😊

I had my eyebrows microbladed with Jay and I couldn’t be happier! Jay is absolutely lovely, very gentle, and made the whole experience so comfortable. The treatment was completely painless thanks to how soft-handed she is. The studio itself is spotless, clean, and beautifully designed, which made the appointment feel even more relaxing. I’m so impressed with the results and the overall experience – highly recommend Jay to anyone considering microblading!

I had such a lovely experience! She did an acrylic French manicure for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The nails are beautifully shaped, the French tips are so clean and precise, and the finish is flawless. Wonderful service … had a lip blush done and on both visits treatment was explained in detail , planned and wasn’t rushed … colour was mixed to suit my skin tone to achieve a natural colour that I was aiming for ., with the result - lips are perfect!! Would highly recommend ⭐️💝
