Friendly professional and extremely clean. Ash is really helpful and answered all my questions. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others. Easy to find above monroes on Highfield road. Just straight up the stairs in the shop. The stairs are right in front of you as you open the door. Parking is free and easy enough to find a space even though it’s a busy high street. Convenient to book a suitable day and time for me as well. I will definitely be looking at other treatments.

Another fabulous visit to The Snook. I had the Pro 60 bespoke facial which was amazing. A personalised skin treatment which for me included exfoliation, micro current, light treatment, foot massage ( or arm and hand) neck and shoulder massage. Moisturising. My skin feels so smooth and I felt really pampered.

I’ve had a few treatments with Emma, including a chemical peel and microneedling, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve always struggled with acne-prone skin and pigmentation on my cheeks, but since starting my treatments I’ve noticed such a big difference. My skin is so much clearer and I haven’t had a break out since having the chemical peel. Emma is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and really welcoming. She takes the time to explain each treatment and answer any questions. I will definitely be going back and would strongly recommend.

I had a chemical peel and microneedling treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I was made to feel comfortable, everything was explained clearly, and the treatment was carried out professionally and with great care. My skin already looks and feels so much smoother, brighter, and refreshed. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I can really see the difference. Had a micro needling facial today. Natalie is an amazing therapist, she is very professional and a lovely person! Natalie made me feel very comfortable and relaxed as it was my first time getting micro needling and didn’t know what to expect. I can’t wait to see the results! Definitely recommend.
