Ash is simply the best. She listens, she understands, and she has so much talent for cutting hair. Whether it’s a trim or a huge chop (and she’s done both for me), she can handle anything. And she makes it look so easy! Also, Ash is incredibly friendly, kind, and funny. Feel lucky to have found such a skilled hair stylist! Highly recommend.

I had the most amazing experience at 13 Roses Salon! Emilia was incredible -professional, kind, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. The staff were beautiful and welcoming, offering water, sweets, and coffee, which created such a lovely atmosphere. Every step was explained clearly, making me feel relaxed and confident. My hair looks stunning, healthy, and beyond my expectations. A friend recommended 13 Roses Salon, and it truly exceeded everything I hoped for. Leo is a very gentle man I felt he is not like others I felt I known him from long time although it was my first visit with him. In future if I want to anything with my hair I would choose me.

Amazing service. Stevo was incredibly friendly and gave me great advice on keeping my hair healthy and how to maintain long hair without it getting damaged. He also recommended me specific products to use and techniques on how to wash my hair and tie it up. The service I received was 10/10 and he washed, blow dried and cut off the splint ends. My scalp felt so relieved and fresh as well as my hair. Was my first time ever visiting and going to a salon, will definitely be back. I totally recommend.

I’ve been seeing Sarah for over 2 years and counting. This time I went for my regular root bleach and toner, and added yellow and brown extensions, and a haircut. I love my hair! It has grown so long since I started seeing her, and my new haircut🤩!! honestly, it’s completely changed my face. She’s the best ❤️

I recently went to Ambiance Beauty for Root touch up and hair cut. I also added Olaplex traitment as I needed one . I was pleased with the result and specially the way Deekshant delt with my hair that was in bad shape. I am also thanking him for the advices he gave me his professionalism too.

Anarika did such an amazing job on my hair! I’d lost so much hair from postpartum and bleaching, and she really helped give me my confidence back. It was my first time getting extensions, and she made me feel so comfortable from the very beginning. Even before my appointment, she answered all my questions really quickly and was so lovely and friendly. She also looked after me so well during my appointment. I am pregnant and started feeling really faint, and she was so patient, kind, and understanding, which I really appreciated. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you so much, Anarika! ❤️

Love my new haircut and the curls are popping! Susi is a great listener. I was a little anxious after a few bad experiences where my hair was cut way more than what I expressed to my stylist I was comfortable with. Susi heard all my concerns and delivered exactly what I asked. Plus she styled my curls perfectly. Will book again!

Just moved to London and had to find a new hairdresser after 14 years with the same girl at home. I was a bit apprehensive but not disappointed. Lovely salon, amazing relaxed atmosphere, didn’t feel rushed, had really nice chats with Lauren. Even met Mr Darcy ❤️. Would definitely recommend!

Ashley is the best! My hair looks gorgeous now, the cut is amazing and feels so healthy, and the color is so perfectly done and beautifully blended. And Ashley herself is fantastic - her energy and her attitude and how engaging she is as you talk - and she makes the appointment fly by.
