Sam was brilliant from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, especially as I was quite nervous before my treatment. She was warm, professional, and reassuring throughout. The whole experience was far more comfortable than I’d expected, with much less pain and discomfort than I’d anticipated. It genuinely surpassed my expectations. What a wonderful experience! Fabulous communication from start to finish. The most amazing facial, Heather explained each step clearly and gave me more knowledge about my skin in the first 5 minutes than I have had in nearly 60 years!! The facial was bespoke to my needs and the products felt amazing. Heather came (rightly) highly recommended and I left my treatment to her. I had microneedling for the first time which was lovely and all signs of redness had disappeared within an hour of getting home. My skin feels awakened and refreshed...I will definitely return. Sarah is brilliant at what she does. Makes me feel really calm and comfortable during my appointments (I am someone who has a fear of needles) knows what she’s doing and provides great advice and detail on the procedures. I prefer a more natural look, and Sarah works with that when doing any procedure, creating a natural enhancement Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in, the room was set in such a calming way and instantly made me feel relaxed. I discussed my concerns and what outcome I wanted from my experience and instantly Millie knew what she needed to do. My whole experience was just what I needed and I’m so glad that I have started this journey with her after mulling over it for so long. Hannah was lovely—she made me feel comfortable and really well looked after. Very professional. As a nurse myself with an interest in aesthetics, I found her incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back for more treatments.

I had my first Botox appointment with Hannah today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m absolutely terrified of needles, but Hannah was so gentle, patient, and reassuring from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything, which really helped calm my nerves!! The treatment itself was much easier than I expected thanks to her expertise and caring approach. If you’re feeling nervous about Botox or needles in general, I highly recommend Hannah. She was incredible, and I’m so glad I chose her 🤍
