What a wonderful experience! Fabulous communication from start to finish. The most amazing facial, Heather explained each step clearly and gave me more knowledge about my skin in the first 5 minutes than I have had in nearly 60 years!! The facial was bespoke to my needs and the products felt amazing. Heather came (rightly) highly recommended and I left my treatment to her. I had microneedling for the first time which was lovely and all signs of redness had disappeared within an hour of getting home. My skin feels awakened and refreshed...I will definitely return. I had a great experience with my aesthetic treatment, especially for my eyes and lips. She is extremely gentle, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the process. Her approach is very professional and tailored to what actually suits your face. Heather always gives the best facials and takes care of you from the moment you walk through the door, she's kind, welcoming and super friendly, I have never once felt judged. She is so gentle, but thorough in how she gives facials, and you can clearly tell just how passionate she is about skincare. From the moment I walked in, the room was set in such a calming way and instantly made me feel relaxed. I discussed my concerns and what outcome I wanted from my experience and instantly Millie knew what she needed to do. My whole experience was just what I needed and I’m so glad that I have started this journey with her after mulling over it for so long.
