What a wonderful experience! Fabulous communication from start to finish. The most amazing facial, Heather explained each step clearly and gave me more knowledge about my skin in the first 5 minutes than I have had in nearly 60 years!! The facial was bespoke to my needs and the products felt amazing. Heather came (rightly) highly recommended and I left my treatment to her. I had microneedling for the first time which was lovely and all signs of redness had disappeared within an hour of getting home. My skin feels awakened and refreshed...I will definitely return. Brilliant first experience at Kolcheva Skin and Laser. I had the Ultimate luxury hydrafacial experience with LED light therapy followed by a relaxing head, neck and shoulder massage. The atmosphere was peaceful and tranquil, Suzy was wonderful and so welcoming and explained each step of the treatment. Amazing results after treatment, monitored hydration levels before and after my skin hydration level doubled from when I walked into salon. Already booked my next treatment! Thank you Suzy.

I’ve come to the end of my pre-booked course of microneedling treatments with Sarah, and I’ll be booking another set! Guaranteed relaxation (with a side of laughing) and personalised guidance and recommendations to maximise your glow. I’ve never had so many people ask me what I’m doing with my skin! I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough, especially if you are busy and need someone to remind you to relax and look after and prioritise yourself. I rarely fully unwind and relax, but it’s a guaranteed outcome of an appointment with Sarah. Roll on my next appointment!

Sarah is brilliant at what she does. Makes me feel really calm and comfortable during my appointments (I am someone who has a fear of needles) knows what she’s doing and provides great advice and detail on the procedures. I prefer a more natural look, and Sarah works with that when doing any procedure, creating a natural enhancement Highly recommend!

Hollie explained everything on what to expect from today before undergoing the procedure to ensure safety and optimal results.  My first session of Microneedling is done and will help restore and repair hyperpigmentation and sun damage. Now l know what to expect, I won't be as apprehensive but I will be on the count down for the last treatment! The soothing mask was by far the best bit cooling my skin.

Second visit. A really professional clinic , amazing results I travel over an hour to visit and definitely worth it for the results I get. Thank you.

This was my first appointment with Jasmine, and also my first having microneedling. Jasmine made me feel really comfortable. Despite the treatment involving microneedles, she was gentle, and finished off with a lovely cooling face and neck massage. I highly recommend this treatment with Jasmine, and as she also does massage, I'll certainly be booking for one soon.

From the moment I walked in, the room was set in such a calming way and instantly made me feel relaxed. I discussed my concerns and what outcome I wanted from my experience and instantly Millie knew what she needed to do. My whole experience was just what I needed and I’m so glad that I have started this journey with her after mulling over it for so long.
