ive been struggling bad insecurities with pigmentation my whole life and came across this when researching for a place to help with that, kathy was so helpful and amazing i got picolasering and fractional laser and i could see the results right away ! no pain and was very comfortable. im so glad i did this with kathy shes the best would recommend for anyone struggling with any skin concerns. thank you again kathy <3

FaceFirst is consistently excellent. I go there for tinting, electrolysis, waxing and facials. Susan, Sarah and Natalie are all highly-experienced beauty professionals. Very conveniently located on the mezzanine level of a building just metres down from North Sydney railway station entrance.

I had a facial with Emily and it was exactly what my skin needed. Dealing with adult acne (and possibly stress and perimenopause), I realised I had a few unrealistic expectations, and she helped me understand my skin in such a gentle, honest way.
