5 star treatment from beginning to end . Girls were so welcoming . Had the Spa day booked and treatments from Justine and Debbie were lovely , afternoon tea and the surroundings / decor / atmosphere was so relaxing. Great pamper day , already want to return .

Treatment room is immaculately clean and lovely and my massage with Debbie was tremendous. Both relaxing and pain relieving for me at the same time. I was also given advice on which treatments would best suit me and my individual needs in the future. I will definitely be back, thank you!

My friend and I visited Rituals today for their Indulge Spa Day Package, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. We started off with a fresh fruit platter, and the mimosas were flowing throughout the day! Afternoon tea was beautifully presented, with a great selection of sandwiches and delicious cakes. Our treatments with Maxine and Justine were absolutely brilliant…so professional and calming. One of the highlights was having exclusive access to the chill-out room, which made the experience feel extra special. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and be pampered!

Beautiful place, I was made to feel relaxed and welcome. Marine introduced herself and explained treatments, she was highly professional. Treatments were fantastic especially head massage feeling really relaxed and will definitely return.
