The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. So happy !

I hate having my feet touched as it makes me cringe but Anca did a wonderful job of giving me a gel pedicure without any discomfort. Also had a cheek filler done on the same day, the outcome was truly amazing thank you

Had an absolutely fantastic appointment with Megan for a gel manicure, foot scrub and luxury facial. Everything was very calm and serene, the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The treatments were all completed to a very high standard and I felt completely spoilt. The facial in particular was incredible! Megan is absolutely lovely and takes great care of you throughout each treatment. Would highly recommend her for any of your beauty treatments! Thanks for a fantastic pampering session

Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. So nice to have such a positive place in Ipswich town. Parking right outside (£2 hour - bonus) and you can pay on card. Thanks again and be seeing you again! Jay x

I think Emma may be the one of the loveliest people I have ever met. It felt like I’d gone for a 2 hour coffee and a chin wag with a best friend. I always worry about feeling awkward and out of place when going for any form of beauty treatment, but I had the best time during my mani & pedi. Emma, I’d come and see you every week if I was a rich lady! Thank you for being amazing. Couldn’t be happier.

Suzanne does a great job of electrolysis on my chin and upper lip. A lovely calm environment and Suzanne always put me at ease so much that I look forward to my treatment each time! I have had this treatment fortnightly for around 8 months and the hairs are much less coarse, paler and more wispy, with much fewer hairs and more time hair free in between treatments. I can see that it has made a difference and feel more confident as a result. Thanks Purity!

Suzi made me feel comfortable the moment I met her. Had a terrible previous experience elsewhere for this type of treatment, but luckily for me, this time, everything was great. Another fantastic visit to Emma for cutting, colouring and styling. Emma is by far THE BEST hairdresser around for cutting curly hair and I’ve tried quite a few salons in Ipswich but no one measures up to Emma. Thank you so much Emma and I’m so pleased to have booked my next visit.

I had some waxing treatments with Suzie yesterday and she was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient, making me feel completely at ease throughout and was very reassuring. I also had a pedicure along side a file and paint today, and Suzie did a fantastic job – it was so relaxing and I’m really pleased with the results, I LOVE the colour! Thank you so much! 😊

Today was my first session of advanced electrolysis for the Milia ive been getting recently. They are mainly on my forehead and a few on my chin. Ive had other treatments with suzie before and she is always very professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything for the treatment and what to expect. It feels a bit warm and scratchy but not painful. I was given plenty of information on the aftercare required. I cant wait to see the results!!
