I tried this salon again after an unprofessional greeting from the receptionist last time. Vishali is lovely and friendly and literally does all the work. The lady on reception didn’t take my reservation details down, it was the therapist. Vishali answered calls and even had to tell the receptionist to turn her phone down as she was watching videos very loudly. I honestly think your business would be better off without the receptionist. It’s making the rest of the staff look unprofessional when they do a great job. I’m sorry for them. She has zero customer-service skill. So distracting.
